Payment

We currently accept Paypal. Credit/debit card payments can be made through Paypal and you don't need to have a Paypal account to use it.

Delivery

1st class £2.50. Recorded delivery £3.50
Orders are dispatched within three working days by Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or Recorded. Items should arrive within 1 working day of posting. You will be notified by e-mail the day the order is sent, so please provide us with a valid e-mail address at checkout.
Your order should arrive within 1 day of posting according to the Royal Mail website, but might possibly take longer as life is less certain. If you have not received your order within 7 days of posting, you can let us know at problems@pandashop.co.uk.
If you have special delivery instructions, please check with us before ordering. Special delivery instructions can be specified at checkout.

Returns

Please let us know if you are unhappy with your order. We do exchanges, corrections and refunds within 2 weeks (14 days) of shipment. E-mail us at returns@pandashop.co.uk.
